Certain precautions should be taken to wash your baby clothes. Parents spend much on their baby clothes, so extra care should also be given to make them long lasting. Washing your baby clothes does not only mean to clean it but also to take care of your baby skin.
Given below some useful tips to wash your baby clothes.
* Buy baby clothes, which are machine washable. Now a days no one has neither the time nor the energy to do lots of hand washing.
* While buying the baby clothes, always look for the fabric. Always prefer natural fabric than the man made as the skin of your baby at this stage is very sensitive.
* Remember to wash all the new clothes before they wear them. Use mild detergents for this purpose.
* Zip up and fasten the clothes before machine washing them. It will not only protect your machine but also maintain the delicate fabrics.
* Avoid hard detergents to protect the skin of your baby. Instead use mild detergents.
* Wash the tiny baby items like socks, hats and gloves carefully as they can get lost in the machine. Put them inside an old pillowcase and wash.
* Avoid excessive rubbing of the cloth, as this can spread the stain and cause delicate fabrics to be damaged or colors to fade.
Tips to remove the stains
To protect the clothing from getting stained use the bibs.
To remove the food stain first clean up the stain with the paper-towel or rag. Then gently rub some liquid detergent into the spot.
