CBSE results announced for Class XII

The Central Board of Secondary Education announced the results of the Class XII exams for three zones - Delhi, Guwahati and Allahabad on Friday.
Soon after the result was declared at 8 am, scores of students and their parents in the national capital were seen queuing up in front of internet cafes and using phones to get the results.
In Delhi alone, 160,414 students had appeared for the exams. Total 5,49,344 students appeared for the Class XII board exams both in India and abroad in this year.
Out of the six exam regions, Chennai topped the list of pass percentage with 91.39 per cent followed by Ajmer (85.18 per cent), Delhi (83.69), Panchkula (80.80), Allahabad (75.23) and Guwahati (63.24).
The results for three regions Delhi, Guwahati and Allahabad can be accessed through http://www.cbseresults.nic.in
The board had declared the results of three zones - Chennai, Panchkula and Ajmer last Wednesday.
