Chicken Tikka

This non-vegetarian dish is very delicious. The Indian are crazy about it.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Chicken
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbs. crushed Garlic and Ginger
- 1 tbs. Lemon Juice
- 2 tbs. Red Chilly Powder
- 2 tbs. Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
Method
1. Skin and bone the chicken and cut into 4 parts. Prick it well with a fork or a sharp knife.
2. In a bowl thoroughly mix yogurt, ginger, garlic, chilly powder, salt and pepper.
3. For 2 hrs place chicken into marinade.
4. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
5. Brush with olive oil.
6. Place on BBQ for 6 minutes or more on each side.
