Exercises for the face is very important to keep your face healthy. Healthy in the sense to keep it free from wrinkles and many such problems. Many cosmetics are available to hide it but it is better to do exercise.
Everyone knows a good and loud laugh is the best exercise to remove the tensions and to keep your face healthy.
Here are some facial exercises given exclusively for
you. Do it and you will find the difference.
1. First simply scrunch up your whole face for a few seconds. This exercise is good for your nose, your forehead, your eyes and mouth.
2. Next your can open your mouth and eyes as wide as you can.
3. Close your mouth, purse your lips, and push your mouth up to the left, then push to the right.
4. Grin - as if from ear to ear and open your eyes wide again.
5. Hold and repeat the grin, but this time, tuck in your chin to tighten your neck muscles.
6. Chewing gum also exercises muscles of your face and neck. It also increases the blood circulation.
Some simple exercise for your face
- with your four fingers life up your eye brows.
- squint your eyes shut as tight as possible,while lifting your eyebrows as high as possible. Hold like this for at least 30 seconds.
These exercises will bring a major change in your face, your eyes and making you appearance come off as more open and awake.
