Deficiency of blood

Most of the people in the world and especially women suffer from the deficiency of blood. The deficiency of blood in human body leads to various disease. People are least concerned about the deficiency of iron in the body, as they are not aware of the serious results.

The deficiency of iron in the body leads to various diseases like anemia, feeling tired all the time, poor stamina etc. To overcome these conditions it is necessary to maintain the level of hemoglobin in the body. For this it is necessary to have iron rich diet.

For good health and mental well being it is essential to take diet rich in iron.

Iron plays three main roles in our body. These are:

1. To carry oxygen to every cell in the body- Hemoglobin of red blood cells contains iron. This hemoglobin carries oxygen from the lungs throughout the body.

2. To ensure a healthy immune system- The cells need iron to fight against the infection and to defend the body against foreign organisms.

3. To make energy- Body gets energy from iron rich food.

Iron rich diet.

Always take iron rich diet to overcome the deficiency of iron in the body. You can get iron in your meal.

1. Breakfast:

Cereals, whole grain breads and legumes are rich in iron. The main problem with this kind of food is this type of iron is not easily absorbed by the body. To overcome this problem, increase the intake of Vitamin C in your diet.

2. Lunch:

Take red meat and iron rich vegetables.

3. Dinner:

Your dinner should also include iron rich diet.

This will help to maintain the level of iron in your body and to overcome the problem of deficiency of iron. But before adopting these tips, it is advisable to consult your physician.
