If you are choosing a new perfume, keep several things in your mind. Always be careful, it is not necessary that if a perfume smells good on your friend it will smell exactly the same on you. Everybody skin reacts differently. So several things should be kept in mind while buying a perfume.

1. When you choose a perfume, do not account on anybody except yourself. When you breathe in the scent, feel in yourself and think whether it fits you or not.
2. Always buy branded perfumes. Never go for cheap one.
3. Choose your perfume according to the occasion, like in a party, a meeting or at work in office go for a little sophisticated. At wedding, wear a stronger one.
4. Choose perfumes, which match your natural body odor. Wear stronger perfumes in winter. You can change your perfume for different seasons. In summer, use sweet-honey and flowery perfumes. At night, wear perfumes with fruity smell.
5. Always spray the perfume on your skin rather than just sniffing the bottle. Wait for about 8-10 minutes to get a proper idea of how it will smell.
6. Always be careful whether the perfume is of your skin type or not. For this first apply a small amount of spray on your wrist. Wait for about an hour. If you are allergic to it, go for another.

* Do not apply it all over your clothes. Apply it behind your earlobes, the upper sides of your palms and on the right and left side of your neck.
* Do not rub it on your wrist. This reduces the effect of the top layer of perfume.
* Keep the spray away from your nostrils. You can have breathing problem.
