HOW TO CLEAN CARPET STAINS

3. Rinse with clean water.

4.Take 1/4 teaspoon of dishwashing soap with small amount of water. Put a small amount of this solution on your fingers, press into stain. Repeat until no stain appears on white paper towels.

5.Apply 3% hydrogen peroxide on the stain and keep it for 24 hours. Again blot.

For oily stains, crayons, and tar

1. Apply a non-oily, non-caustic dry cleaning solvent to cotton, blot the stain.

2. Rinse with clean water and blot up again.

For chocolate, glue, ice cream, and latex paints

1. Scrape up excess stain.

2. Mix one teaspoon of dishwashing liquid with small amount of water.

3. Using cotton, apply detergent mixture to stain and blot the stain. Repeat it again.

4. Rinse with clean water and blot up again.

For candle wax,

1. Scrape up excess stain.

2. Cover brown paper.

3. Iron the stain through the brown paper bag.

4. Repeat the process until all stain is removed.

How to Get Ink Stains Out Of Fabric

While working in the office, you may find your shirt get stained with the ink. Some stains are difficult to remove. It depends on the stain and the type of material. Here is how to get those stains out.

Follow these steps to remove the ink stains:

1.Wipe the stain with a wet sponge until no ink is lifted from stain.

2. Dry the stain.

3. Spray can of aerosol hair spray on the stain.

4. Place the stained fabric between two paper towels.

5. Blot the backside of the stained fabric, until stain is lifted.

6. Wash the fabric in warm water and keep for air dry.

Few easy tips to remove the stains

-Milk Bath: Pour a small amount of milk in a bowl. Rinse the affected area in the milk. The milk will turn inky. Repeat the p-process till no more ink comes out. Wash in cold water.
