How to Detox your body

Every time you breathe, drink, or eat, you are exposed to a variety of pollutants, food additives, or other toxins. Lifestyle and bad habits lead to the presence of harmful chemicals or medicinal residue in your body. These impurities and toxic bi-products will naturally harm your body, so in these situations it is advisable that your body be cleansed. The internal and external toxins increase the risk of several serious diseases, including cancer. The right foods, proper lifestyle and good habits help to prevent these toxins.

Here are some tips which will help your system clean out.

1. Have your dinner before 6pm the night before a Detox.

2. The day before a Detox day, have only fish, some rice and veggies.

3. Take the breakfast after 9am on the day of Detox.

Suggestions for Your Detox Day:

1. Drink 4.5 liters of water daily

2. Have Colon Hydrotherapy!

3. Have some fennel or dandelion tea - these teas facilitate cleansing.

4. Apply mineral oil on your feet.

5. Massage your intestinal area every morning and evening.

6. Take a bath. Relax and massage your body for 5 minutes. Wipe your body and wrap up for one hour.

8. Have some dried apricots.

9. When you brush your teeth, always wash your tongue.

10. Brush the skin gently .This will help you to remove the dead skin.

11. Have some Red Grapes.

12. Have some juice everyday.

13. There are varieties of excellent broths, so have veggie broth
