How to get rid of Blemishes and acne
What is Acne?
Acne is an infection that results in pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, cysts etc.. It mainly occurs when the sebaceous glands become more active. Hereditary factors or other conditions can cause acne. It can also develop when the hair follicle is blocked. Pimples and blackheads can also lead to acne. A blackhead or whitehead generally appears when dust, dirt blocks a skin pore. B Blackhead also appears when it is exposed to air.
Some tips to get rid of acne
1.Avoid using oils, greasy moisturisers and cleansing creams, and other such type of cosmetics.
2.Always wash your hands before applying makeup.
3.Do not use old makeup rather use new one.
4. Never use somebody else’s makeup.
5.Always use mild soap to keep your skin clean.
6.Eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables.
7. Drink plenty of water.
8. Always have a balanced diet.
