IIT JEE 2010 Application Form
1. A candidate can submit application either on-line through internet or off-line through paper application.
(A) Off-line:
The Information brochure contains details regarding application procedure, syllabus of JEE, examination centres, courses available at various institutions, counselling, fee structure and other relevant information about JEE-2010.
(B) On-line:
Application material can also be obtained, by sending a demand draft along with two self-addressed slips, from the “Chairman, JEE”, IIT Bombay, Mumbai-400 076; IIT Delhi, New Delhi – 110 016; IIT Guwahati, Guwahati – 781 039; IIT Kanpur, Kanpur – 208 016; IIT Kharagpur, Kharagpur- 721 302; IIT Madras, Chennai – 600 036. IIT Roorkee, Roorkee – 247 667.
The demand draft of amount appropriate to category/gendermust be drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour of “Chairman, JEE” of the respective IIT payable at the corresponding city. Candidates applying from abroad should remit the amount in Indian Rupees. Application material will be sent by Ordinary Post. IITs will not be responsible for any loss or postal delay.

Admission through IIT JEE a candidate should have passed class 12th or equivalent with atleast 60% marks in aggregate. There is 5% relaxation for SC/STs. Besides that a candidate should not be more than 25 years as on 1st October 2009. For SC/STs a candidate should not be more than 30 years. Only those candidates who have passed 12th in 2009 or are appearing in 2010 can appear for IIT JEE.
Tentative):Date of Examination: 2nd week of April, 2010 For online submission of applications, visit any of the websites given below and carefully follow the instructions given therein. A candidate can buy an application form with information brochure from any one of the designated branches of banks by paying Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PD/Female candidates (Yellow Colour envelope) or Rs.1000/- for all other candidates (White Colour envelope).
