Morning and Evening Face Care

Our skin has several basic needs. It needs to be kept as clean as possible. It should be protected from sunlight and other environmental pollutants. If we take about the skin of out face, it needs even more attention than the rest of the body. The main reason behind is face has more oil glands, especially the central forehead, eye areas, nose and chin.
To keep the face glowing it is essential to perform a brief morning regimen for the facial skin and a longer regimen before going to bed. If you do it regularly you will find that it hardly takes five to ten minutes a day. You can spare this much of time on yourself to look beautiful.
So start from today and we are here to help you. Some of the morning and evening face care tips are given below:

Morning Tips
- Start your day by cleaning your face with luke-warm water and creamy cleanser or purifying gel wash. Bar soap should be avoided as it strips the natural moisturizing factors from the skin, leaving it feeling very tight and dry. Always blot your skin gently with a towel. You can do the morning facial care in the shower or at the sink.
- Then tone the skin on the face. It helps remove any residual cleanser or make-up that may have been left behind. Along with this it also helps restore the natural pH level of the skin, leaves your skin clean, clear and ready to be hydrated.
- Apply a good quality of moisturizer. Remember it should match your skin type. It makes your skin feel softer and smoother. It also removes away fine lines and dryness.
- Next apply sunscreen on top of the moisturizer.
- If you choose to wear make-up then you may apply it. Remember your foundation should match your skin tone.
- Drink plenty of water in the morning to detox your body.
Evening tips
- Start your evening face care like the morning. Clean your face with luke-warm water and a creamy cleanser or purifying gel wash. Skin cleansers will remove your make-up at the same time you wash your face.
- Apply a toner. You can use a cotton pad to apply it. It will remove the trace of make-up, if any, left.
- Exfoliate your face while it is still wet. It removes the dead skin cells, which cause the face to look dull. The dead cells block the pores causing acne. Exfoliating the skin will brighten it and give more healthy glow. Massage gently and rinse. You can do it every night or 1-2 times a week all depending on the type of exfoliant.
-Apply a moisturizer to your face, which is specified for your skin type. Use a firming eye cream around the eye area.
