i am fully upset with the commission, becoz first of all if any commission is set up always a retired judge of supreme court or high court is be the head of commission. It is a great blunder that is always made by G O I. can the judge know about the working of employees. absolutely they dont know. only the person worked as government servant can know about the work of each and every employee. for example Ex-secretary, chief secreatary may know about the work of group c, group b, employee, the judges only know what is in the law books, they even dont know about what is the price a litter of milk in shop, they dont know about what is the monthly expense to run family. then how could a retired judge can judge the difficulties of the govt., employee. first the govt., should stop placing a retired judge as head of any commission. that all we need at this moment…….
