Respected Sir,
I retired from central govt. service on 28.2.2003, my last basic pay drawn being Rs.10,500.I was sanctioned pension Rs.5,270 p.m. for life. Presently, I am presently getting pension as under:-
Basic pension @ Rs. 3162 p.m.
DP= Rs. 2,635
DR = Rs. 3,716
Medical allowance = Rs. 100
Total = Rs. 9,613
As I was unable to calculate my pension correctly, please let me know what will be my pension from 1-Jan-2006 and how much total pension and amount of arrears I will get as on 1-OCT-2008 according to 6th Pay Commission report.
An early reply will be highly solicited.
Thanks & regards,
Devinder Kumar,

sir,
Banks have not paid arreears of sixth pay commission for those who have retired after jan06,hence no DEEPAVALI .Govt.should not wait for refixation of pay,but issue instructions to bank pay the difference immediately and adjust later on the hike in pension.
