The Highlights of final Rajasthan Budget 2009-2010 are as follows :

Emphasis on Drinking Water Schemes, Health Schemes and strengthening of Educational Infrastructure.
Thrust on Vocational Training and Employment.
Environment Policy, Massive Plantation Drives.
