The location is very good – convenient to Vatican and everything on the right bank of Tiber – major sites, museums and piazzas. We loved walking the wide, tree-lined Via Colo di Rienzo. There is a market nearby where you could get fresh fruit and berries, and a supermarket, if you are tired of restaurants and pizza on the go. The hotel is very quiet, friendly stuff sent us to some very good osterias for dinner, answered all our questions.
