Pre-School (2010-11)

Application Form

Application Forms are available ONLY online. Please read the following instructions carefully before clicking on the link found at the end to fill the online application.

· Prospectus for pre-school admission will be available at the school Bank Extension Counter on weekdays (Monday – Friday) from 10th December 2009 to 6th January 2010 except on 25th December 2009 and 28th December 2009. Timings will be 10: 00 a. m to 12: 00 noon.
· The entry password (application form activation key) provided on the prospectus is required to apply online.
· Online Application forms for pre-school to be filled from
15th December, 2009 to 7th January, 2010.
· The child must be at least 3 years of age as on 31st March, 2010.
· School transport will not be available for pre-school students.
· School timings will be from 9:00 a.m to 12:30 p.m for pre-school students.
· Total number of seats available 125.
a) 66 seats – Government Servants on transferable jobs and posted in Delhi.
b) 19 seats – Economically Weaker Section
c) 25 seats – General Category
d) 5 seats – Staff
e) 10 seats – Management
· Incomplete / incorrectly filled forms will be rejected.
· Submission of duplicate forms should be avoided as it will attract inconsistent responses.
· Reference Number will be displayed on successful submission of completed form. Please retain this number for all future correspondence.

· The admission list will be displayed on the school website and on the school Notice board.
· Kindly check your status on 1st February, 2010.
· Admission will be confirmed on verification of documents.
· On verification, if the required information / document is wrong / altered, the admission stands cancelled.
· Distance to school will be calculated on bus route basis. The areas/localities/colonies within the range of the school along with the points are as mentioned in the Distance & Area table.
