  the over all recommendations are fine but lower categaries (pay scale) are still having huge margin. as per pharmacist in concern no benefit is given since last 3 pay commisions.

  i am lecturere in engg collage and now my basic 9100. previously my slab was 8000-275-13500 and 0n 1jan.06 my basic was 8550. sir i am from maharashtra and till now our govt.has not implimentated the new scales.

  For the upgraded scale of pay for D group in to C is acceptable implemenation. What about the C groups pay revision? For the example LDC scale in the pre revised was 3050-4950 and corresponding Pay Band for this scale would be 5200-20200 as well as D group scales ie. 2550, 2650, 2750 etc.
  But there is no any implemention of scale for existing C group. This pay implementation of pay revision for the existing scale of 3050-4950 and there is no any clause to increase the scale in the 6pc. IN this pay commision the more beneficial is the lower and higer grroup. What about the middle group employee? ie 3050-4950 scales.?

  There is no any clause or conditions for the seriviced hand.
