Tamil Nadu 6th Pay commission 2009 details

The Sixth pay commission has come out with its recent reports and recommendations. The details are as follows-

The salary increments ranges between Rs 1774 and Rs 7300 – From assistant to deputy collector. About 12 lakh Tamilnadu Government employees will receive 30%Trek in salaries.

The employees will receive the new scale salaries next month.

The Pay scale trek is predictable to spurt up the government’s a yearly expenditure by Rs 5155.79 crore, as the 1st cost would be around Rs 11093 crore.

The Pay commission arrears will be calculated with effect from 1st jan 2006 onwards.

The state gov. said “The total payment will be paid in installments between current year and 2011″.

Pensioners, employeesand family pensioners will get the medical grants from Rs 50 to 100 per month.
