  This is the empty promise by BIG TV
  16TH SEPT THEY INSTALLED TILL DATE THEY HAVE FAILED TO ACTIVATE INSPITE OF 20 PHONE CALL

  Dear Sir,
  I called up nearly 8-10 times on your toll free number but just recorded message is repeating everytime. I think you have not kept any option for the representative to solve our queries to talk with us. If possible keep in touch with me and talk to me on my mobile.

  Please let me know about USB can i see movie through USB by using pen drive if it is possible then tell how i will use.

  Dear sir,
  My bigtv was installed on11/11/2008,but it is regretted that it is still not Activated till date(15/11/08).The service engineer demanded Rs 500 for quick activation.It is perhaps the intention of Reliance company to collect additional amount secretely,though they announce free installation.
  I have made more than 36 phone calls to cutomer care.My complaint No is 80249837& smart card No is200605704460.If Activation is not done by today evening,the matter will be published inTOI since my brother is a Reporter.Also I will be forced to approach consumer court.

  I have made several ph calls But there is no reply. I have been denied so many chane ls
  I want all tamil ch. and hindi and malayalam and cinemas etc, I dont want any kannada and telugu ch. My id 200642173440 I have paid rs 200 extra for sports ch . But i am not geting so many sports channels also If i contact local rep
  he is telling everything is free for one year and ask me to contac t you pl help me as iamm not able to view many ch for the last
  20 days or more pl contact me immediately even business
  channels 3 nos blocked The big assurance given by local men has become BIG ZERO.
