The Samsung i85 will be available from Fall 2007 with suggested price of $349.
Verdict - Sure this Camera will be a fun camera with Personal Entertainment Station, Travelling Guide and with little size and non-protruding zoom.
The User Productivity with this Camera goes high, the Samsung i85 can take multiple pictures in single image, a new feature useful for those persons who want to upload multiple images of single product in one. You can also highlight the subject by softening the background. The saved images can be customised to save as stickers, photo frames etc. These features minimizes the processing of taken picture on computer, you can process the image in camera itself, a useful feature for webmasters.
The Camera comes with 256 MB of internal memory and you can add 4GB card as maximum. There are 14 scenes modes available for user.
The Face Detection System of this camera can detect upto 9 faces ( Usual is 15 faces ) . There is a new feature of wise shot in which the camera takes two or more pictures in quick succession and gives user the option to save both or either of two.
Again the common feature of all samsung camera’s the Advance Shake Reduction is there in camera. The Camera has ISO euivalent of 1600.
The Camera has added some features to make it Handy Cam. You can Zoom in and pause and continue movie recording, while shooting. You can also use Movie Stabilizer. The Camera can record MPEG-4 with SVGA (800 X 592) resolution.
This Camera has all features to make it your entertainment friend. You can listen to your MP3 files and View Videos from MPEG, ASF, WMV, MOV and AVI.
Now this camera offers Travel World Tour Guide to assist you with useful information while travelling. The information is about 30 countries and 4,500 regions.
The Camera has Non-Protruding Optical Zoom of 5x ( 36-180mm in 35mm film context. The Maximum shutter speed is 1/2,000 second. The Super macro focus can grab the picture from 1 cm.
The Camera has 8 mega pixel lens with 3 inch LCD for image viewing. The Size of the camera is nearly of credit card.
